Shipping Policy – No Truces
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification with tracking info once your order ships.
During high-volume periods (new drops, holidays), processing may take longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Local Pickup
We offer local pickup at the North Canton Police Station, 145 N Main St, North Canton, OH 44720.

Preorders
If your order includes a preorder item, it will ship once all items are ready. You’ll be notified with an estimated ship date in your order confirmation.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days, contact us at hello@notruces.com.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
No Truces is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they’ve been scanned by the carrier.
Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues. However, feel free to reach out to us — we’re happy to help as much as we can.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
